Prana Shala

Support transformation through breath work

In Hindu tradition, Prana refers to the 'life force', 'vitality', the very essence of life. To undergo a profound transformation, you must re-calibrate your breath. If there's anything human civililsation has stuck with, is breath work.

It's been around for 3,000 years and is still regarded as one of the most fundamental parts of human physical and mental balance.

While the program of the Prana Shala is mostly designed around yoga and breath work, here you'll also find a diversified range of other options: rituals, meditation sessions, sound journeys and martial arts are all part of the Prana's daily schedule.

The program is continuously updated as we journey towards the festival dates.

(Please don't bring selfie sticks, mobile phones and national flags. They are not transcendental or psychedelic - just the opposite. They disrupt the flow of Here & Now and interfere with the state of Oneness.)
