TICKET RESALE PLATFORM

Ticket Resale Platform Available for Boom 2025

The ticket resale platform is available for Boom Festival 2025 tickets.

We’re sensitive to the condition of Boomers who have secured a ticket but cannot make it to the festival. At the same time, and because Boom is a limited-capacity event, there are requests for ticket purchases.

For Boom 2025 we allow festival tickets and services that are sold out to be resold and purchased in a safe, quick and simple way.

This platform operates on a peer-to-peer model.

In order to maintain fairness in the relationship between those who buy and those who resell, it is not be possible to change the price.

Click here to access the Ticket Resale Platform.

It is thanks to your continuous love and support that Boom continues to thrive for almost three decades. Thank you!

Please make sure to read the FAQ below thoroughly.

FAQ

  • The Ticket Resale Platform opens from 17 February 2025 at 12:00 until 30 June 2025 at 12:00 (Portuguese Continental Time).

  • Follow this LINK to access the Boom Festival Ticket Resale Platform.
  • The Boom Festival Ticket Resale Platform closes on 30 June 2025 at 12:00 (Portuguese Continental Time).

  • Please keep in mind that you will have fewer chances to resell your ticket if you place your ticket on the platform too close to the end date.

  • In 2025 we are using the Weezevent Ticket Resale platform, which allows a fairer resale model.

  • This model does not allow prices to be decreased or increased - thus festival tickets can only be resold/purchased for €285.

ACQUIRING TICKET(S)

When buying, you pay the ticket's original price, plus the original platform commission.

Tickets available on the platform can only be resold/purchased at face value.

Friendly tickets follow a different model, as they must be resold as Regular Tickets. This is because Friendly Tickets were only made available to people living in certain countries, and on the online ticket platform it is not possible to verify whether the person purchasing a Friendly Ticket does in fact follow those criteria.

RESELLING TICKET(S)

The platform charges a service fee (8% of the ticket value) to resell your ticket.

During the resale process, you can see exactly how much you will receive if you resell your ticket.

  • If you are selling your ticket, you will receive the exact amount of the ticket which you paid, minus the platform commission:
The original price of the tickets is €285.
Upon reselling your ticket on the Ticket Resale Platform, you will receive €285 - 8% platform commission (in this case, €262).

  • If you are purchasing a ticket, you will pay the original price of the ticket, plus the original commission.

  • It is the BUYER of the tickets who owns the ticket. Therefore:
The ticket BUYER can always resell tickets.
The ticket BUYER receives an email (Subject: “Boom Festival 2025: Login Attempt Tickets Area”) which gives them access to the resale platform. From then on, they may either access the platform, or share the link.
Note that the BUYER has one hour after receiving the email to confirm the sale.
Once someone gets access to this link - and therefore to the platform - they may resell their ticket, if confirmed by the original buyer.
The value of the resale will be returned to the credit card account used by the BUYER.

  • Upon logging in the platform, you will be asked:
To identify with the ticket HOLDER Boomer ID.
To insert the ticket HOLDER email address in order to access your tickets.
(Please note: in case you purchased your own ticket, you are both the Ticket Holder and Ticket Buyer).
  • If you acquired services (Boom Bus/Tipi Camp/Lizard Camp/Cardboard Village) for Boom 2025, it automatically got associated with your Festival Access ticket.

  • This means your Festival Access ticket and services are associated with your Boomer ID. Thus, there is no separate document/pdf ticket for acquired services.

  • Note that: reselling the festival ticket doesn't mean the services are refunded with it, you will have to resell the services, too.

  • If you wish to place your festival ticket as well as your added service ticket(s), your service tickets must be selected for resale before the festival ticket(s).

  • You may resell your service ticket and keep your festival ticket. Only sold out services can be placed for resale.

We have a Friendly Price for people living in countries with specific economic realities. There are two possible scenarios for these specific tickets

SCENARIO 1: Friendly Tickets paid via Ambassador link.

1. If you wish to resell your Friendly Ticket, you may do so. The procedure is the same as other tickets.

SCENARIO 2:  Friendly tickets purchased directly to an Ambassador, which were not paid through the ticketing platform.

  1. If you wish to resell your Friendly Ticket, you may do so.
  2. The procedure is different from other tickets.
  3. You have to fill a form with your bank account details to receive the reimbursement when your ticket is resold.
  4. You will receive the form to insert your bank account details only after your ticket has been resold.

Friendly Tickets were only made available to people living in certain countries.
