It’s true what they say: working behind the scenes of the festival is an experience that will challenge you as much as it will inspire you. As a result, some people have discovered new life paths they never would have imagined. It can be a lifetime experience.
 
Join the team for a few days, weeks or months, meet new friends, share your skills and learn new ones. Every individual makes a profound contribution to the production. What are your strengths and where can they be applied in the festival? What inspires you? What new skills do you want to learn?
