TIPI CAMP INFORMATION

Dear Boomers,

As Boom Festival approaches, the time has come to prepare for your arrival and stay at the Wanbli Tipi Camp.

Please read this newsletter carefully to get a grasp of all the procedures for the check-in and make your arrival at the Tipi Camp as smooth as possible.

LOCATION OF THE TIPI CAMP

Inside the Art of Living at Boom, you’ll find a map of the festival grounds and information about the location of the Tipi Camp.

TIPI CAMP OPENS FOR CHECK-IN ON 21st OF JULY FOR BOOMERS TRAVELLING WITH THE BOOM BUS. All other Boomers can enter Boomland from 22nd of July at 09h00.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURES

To carry out your check-in you must have:

  • Boom Festival Ticket and Tipi Camp ticket
  • Original photo ID document

We remind you that the Tipi Camp TICKET HOLDER MUST BE THE PERSON DOING THE CHECK-IN.

Ideally, all the people who will be sharing your Tipi should arrive at the same time so as to proceed with the check-in in one go. If this is not possible, the Tipi Camp ticket holder will have to provide the full name of each person who will be sharing the Tipi. Their names will be registered at the reception to ensure their entrance at the Tipi Camp. Each Tipi dweller must bring his/her own original photo ID documents to validate the check-in upon arrival!

At the Check-in, the Tipi Camp ticket holder will be asked to sign a Term of Responsibility over the materials and sleeping kit that are being supplied, committing to giving them back in good conditions.

Failure to return the materials, or returning damaged goods, will incur a fee to be taken out of the deposit.

You will receive a wristband that will render you access to the Tipi Camp at all times. You will be given directions to your tent and a locker code.

Allocation of Tipis will be done on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. To ensure this process goes as smoothly as possible, please respect the instructions of the Tipi Camp team.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES

We ask all Tipi camp dwellers to check-out on the 29th of July until 17h00 at the latest.

It is very IMPORTANT TO PLAN AHEAD, as checkout procedures take time to process: we kindly ask you to please return the sleeping kit at reception before you leave. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE CONFIRMED UPON THE RETURN OF THE SLEEPING KIT.

The check-out procedure will be further explained during check-in.

Please make sure to take all your belongings with you when you leave.
