Throughout this session we will delve into simple and effective ideas, practices, and approaches to resonate on the highest vibration of ‘unconditional love and compassion’ to become more deeply connected to each other and the things that are important to us.

We will also explore ways to expand this state to situations where ideas and beliefs may feel challenged, with the potential of becoming more flexible and open to many different possibilities of love.
