RESALE PLATFORM: TICKET PURCHASE DEADLINE EXTENSION
Festival tickets remain available for purchase until 27 July
Many Boomers have asked questions on the subject of ticket resale and purchase. We appreciate your feedback and we are sensitive to your concerns, so we're extending the deadline to purchase festival tickets on the platform until 27 July at 12:00 Portuguese Continental time. That is, anyone who still wants to buy a festival ticket for the festival can do so until this date.
Please keep in mind:
- From 12 July you won’t be able to put either festival nor services tickets on sale;
- Tickets already placed on the platform by 12 July will be available for purchase until 27 July at 12:00 Portuguese Continental time;
- From 12 July only festival tickets can be purchased on the platform. Services such as Boom Bus, Tipi Camp, Lizard Camp and Cardboard Village will not be available.
- Festival tickets can be withdrawn from the resale platform and used to access the festival until they are sold.
The Ticket Resale Platform is a third-party platform, that is, external to Boom.
Over the last few weeks we’ve been receiving countless requests from Boomers via our official infoline. For this reason, despite Boom tickets being non-refundable and non-transferable, as per usual, we are opening this exception.
