MAPS founder Rick Doblin shares latest psychedelic scientific findings and insights 

In recent years we’ve been witnessing an increasing interest in psychedelic research. It is fair to consider that all was pointing to a new era for science. Simultaneously, the Covid-19 outbreak forced societies to diminish their in-person social interactions, thus impacting interpersonal relationships and our behaviours with one another.

For 34 years, the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) has been advocating for drug policy reform, educating and conducting research. We spoke with its founder and executive director, Rick Doblin, on part of their methodology, latest findings, and the impacts of the pandemic on mental health.

The Anthropocene context in which we're living calls for reflection, sensing, and seeking knowledge. Boom Festival, and especially at the Liminal Village and the Being Fields, nurtures places in which we look at the world and explore new models.

As such, we are approaching various thinkers, doers, planners, celebrators and changemakers to share their insights about the present and the future.
