Yoga for Kids and Families
Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a supportive and loving environment. Along with their families, we will practice games, relaxation and creative exercises all the while singing, counting or discussing nature related topics.
Yoga is a fun way for children to develop important skills in a supportive, non-competitive environment.
The yoga classes will focus on the execution of postures based on stories, games and relaxation using different themes and a lot of creativity. The way to keep the children in the postures is by counting, singing, making the sounds of animals, talking about curiosities about animals or something related to objects or nature.
Children grow up naturally by practicing this art, with clear minds and pure hearts. Practicing with their families is a great opportunity to have fun, learn to support each other and strengthen the bonds and the love between them.
