Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by ‘laying on hands’ and is based on the idea that unseen life force energy flows through us and causes us to be alive. If your life energy is low, you’re more likely to get sick and if it’s high you’re more capable of being happy and healthy. A treatment feels like a glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person, including body, emotions, mind and spirit. Creating many beneficial effects that includes relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing

The Reiki Treatment is done on a table and takes about 60 minutes.

Thai Foot Reflexology

Thai Foot Massage uses the ancient art of Thai Reflexology to provide an enjoyable, relaxing and rejuvenating experience that heals the mind, body and soul. Thai Foot Massage techniques detoxify and purify the body, relieve stress and tension, decrease fatigue, foster good health and mental serenity and restore balance. During the massage, pressure is applied to specific areas of the soles of the feet. In turn, a reflex reaction occurs in another part of the body, which is stimulated by the manipulation of that specific area of the foot.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a most profound and natural state of meditation. Through the process of being guided into consciousness of different sensations throughout your body, you can reach a state of complete relaxation of body and thinking mind. You will enter a space of pure awareness in which you might experience your true nature. Besides this it will lead you to experience profound relaxation, the release of chronic stress and a greater sense of harmony in your daily life.
