Change Eticket Details

In this procedure you have the option to change your eticket details (change the name on the eticket).

You’ll be able to change it only once! So, once you change it, this eticket can’t be changed anymore!

This service will be available until the end of ticket pre-sales (July 3rd).

You will need a valid credit card (VISA or Mastercard) that will be charged €10 to make this change.

Click the following email link to send a message with:
- your eticket code
- email address on eticket
- date of birth

And you will receive a temporary link where you will be able to change your eticket details!

P.S. The Change Eticket Details process has to be started from the same email that is on the eticket!
